In order to route service requests and support to the places and ensure you get the best service, our help desk functionality. You can submit requests, either by email at or through the chat widget in the your client portal, website dashboard, or SmartflowCRM. Please use the chat widget in the first instance as this captures additional information thats needed and ensures a timely response.
Any requests should be submitted as separate request, for example if you 5 website changes, you should submit these as separate requests. Boris our AI assistant system automatically prioritises cases based on our SLA’s
Please be as descriptive as possible.

The chat widget should be used to log all change requests and support request in the first instances.
You can access the widget by clicking on the chat bubble on the bottom right of SmartflowCRM, Client portal or your WordPress admin dashboard.
Once opened, you will be presented with options to suit your needs:
Ask a question - Allows you to search the knowledge base, if Boris can’t answer your question it’ll pop you through.
Submit a service request - This allows you to submit your request for changes to websites, new blogs or changes to SmartFlowCRM.
Request a feature - Allows you to ask for something you’ve been dying for!
Report an issue - Use this when you have a problem. This will also allow use to gather more information automatically so we can diagnose whats going wrong quicker.
The widget will always open on the home, but the bottom bar allows you to change to messages, news, our roadmap or quickly access our help centre.
Messages allow you to keep track of any chats, or help or service requests submitted to us. Once submitted, if created into a ticket, you can track the progress of your request and send us updates.
Our news section keeps you informed of updates, release changes, and news, and may include service status updates if we’re experiencing issues.
Our roadmap section allows you to see planned and upcoming features and requests. You can add your own requests and vote for ones that you think will be useful.
Our help section lets you browse all our help articles, we split them down into sections so that it’s easy for you to find what you’re looking for.
