Who it’s for: Anyone running ads, SMS or calls funded by the wallet.
Time needed: 5 minutes.
You choose two things:
Recharge amount (how much to add each time).
Threshold (the balance that triggers a top‑up).
When your balance falls below the threshold, the system charges your saved payment method and adds funds.
If the same recharge amount triggers several times in a short period (e.g., £500 three times in a week), the system may move you up to the next tier (e.g., to £1,000) so you top up less often.
Open your Wallet ▸ Auto Recharge settings.
Click the ⋯ (three dots) menu.
Choose Disable Auto‑update.
Confirm. You’ll see that Auto Ramp‑Up is now off.
Will I be charged without notice? Only if your balance is below the threshold and Auto Recharge is enabled.
Can I change the amount later? Yes—edit the recharge amount and threshold any time.
Unexpected larger top‑up: Check whether Auto Ramp‑Up is on; disable if you prefer a fixed amount.
Recharge didn’t trigger: Confirm your balance actually fell below the threshold and that your saved card is valid.
